Removing dashboard to change blend door actuators and to check evaporator core for leaks?

I have almost everything off of the dashboard. My problem is that I cannot lift the dashboard off over the passenger side airbag. I have disconnected the battery and also the airbag harness connector. I took the two bolts holding the airbag out, but it won’t budge. I can’t even get off the front panel on the dashboard that covers where the airbag deploys. I have followed my mechanic manual which is pretty much useless. I have looked online and chat GPT. I am at my wits end. I know it must be something simple. Thank you for any help or advice you may give me. I am eternally grateful!

If the system has refrigerant and would use a "sniffer" to detect the leak from the A/C drain tube. Here is a video to show you how:

There are 4 10mm bolts that hold the passenger side airbag in place, two in the from and two underneath. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response if you have problems so I can see what's going on.
