I do not know if the bolt is left or right handed threads.

Good afternoon.
It is standard thread. loosen it by turning counter clockwise. It is torqued to 181 ft lbs and the bolt has thread lock on it. you will need air gun to break it loose.

thank you for the information. This bolt is so tight that I am at a loss on why it is so tight. I have never encountered this in all the years I have worked on vehicles. thanks again. Sincerely, JDFrisby.

The Honda line is a pain with this. The thread sealer is what makes it so tight. once you break loose the thread sealer it will come out easily.
