How to remove the bottom alternator bolt?

I need help removing the lower alternator bolt.

Hi,

There are two bolts that hold it in place. Basically, once they are fully loosened, they pull straight out. Is something preventing that for you?

I attached the directions from the manual. Take a look at them and let me know if they help.
