I'm thinking you mean the "Mopar Special Tool 8534" that they show in the attached image. There are a few ways around that tool. It's actually nothing but a bar that goes over the engine bay and holds the engine. I've used a 4X4 with a couple 2X4 blocks on the ends that sit on the fender rails. I've also used an engine hoist and an overhead crane. However, as you likely don't need those long term you have a few options. One is to go to the local parts store and see if they have a tool loaner program, basically those work by you go in, ask for the tool, if they have it on hand then you look it over to be sure it's all there and note anything missing. Then they get a deposit (usually the cost of the tool) and you go and use it. Then you return it within the time frame, and they verify it is in the same condition as when you got it. If it is, you get the money back. Call the stores around you to see if they have one in their program. Another is to just buy one like the OEMTools 24950 (green) or if you have a harbor freight nearby the #96524 (red) is the same tool. Or you can just use a couple 2x4s attached to a 3x3 crosspiece with a good ratchet strap. However, with the cost of lumber these days the other tools might be cheaper!
