Remove governor

Hi,

Are you referring to the rev limiter (I think) or the transmission governor? If it is the rev limiter, that can't be changed or bypassed. It is programmed in to the power-train control module and can't be over written.

As far as a high performance chip, that can be designed to change things like this.
