I have used the 65600 broken spark plug removal kit. I cannot get the extractor to grab the lower part of the broken plug. i tried over and over again but will not grab. The extractor seems to be too small to grab. any suggestions.

These kits are hit and miss, unusually the spark plug is so tight the extractor will never get the plug out. Most of the time we need to remove the cylinder head and remove the spark plug by drilling it out.

This video series will show you how to remove the cylinder head. There is not much you can do that I know of, sorry.
