Remote will not lock doors

I have just replaced the door lock switches (drive, passenger & console). Also replaced both relays in fuse panel by passenger floor board behind console panel. I still have an issue with being able to lock the drivers door via key fob. The unlock button works fine on fob. When I try and lock the drivers door the horn will chirp and alarm will arm. Alarm works as it should. Only the door actuator will not respond. It will however lock and unlock via the door switches. I hear a click high up in the dash for unlock, but not for lock when using remote. Any ideas please?
