Remote starter

I started the car from inside the house with the remote starter and when u got in the car I hit the brakes before I put the keys in the ignition so it shut the car off, now it won't start with the key or with the remote starter.I've tried everything I can think of.I've disconnected the battery, made sure the brakes were not stuck on, turned the key on and shifted through the gears, turned the key to on position and tried starting with the remote starter.I don't know what else to try.I also noticed that under the dash there's a green blinking light that I believe is from the remote car starter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!
