I am changing the engine in my 1999 chevy blazer4x4 with a 4.3 liter engine. The engine in by blaZer has a remote oil filter but the engine i want to put in my blazer does not. It is a 1999 4.3 liter engine out of a gmc sonoma. Can i make the sonoma engine into a remote oil filter style?

yes the remote oil filter adapter from your engine hook up to where the current oil filter is so just remove the oil filter and you may need to remove the oilfilter valve where filterscrews onto it.
