Remote Lock unlock?

My keyfob does not work replaced the batteries multiple times and cannot program to the truck. I am at a loss have had it to multiple mechanics and no one can find anything wrong with it

Chances are the truck need a hard reboot or to be reprogrammed. I would try the hard reboot first, this video can help

If that doesn't work, the "Remote Control Door Lock Receiver" GM calls it the RCDLR or the BCM is bad, typical BCM codes that block RKE programming:

B3125
B3135
B3055
B3935
U0197/U0140 (module comm errors)

What we should do is a CAN scan which will give us codes to help fix the problem.
