Remote key opening

I put new batteries in ignition key and now it does not open the doors or the trunk by remote.

try resetting the security system, if it is not that, it may be the remote. Do you have another remote if so try that one and if it works then your first remote may be bad. You can have it checked at most auto parts stores.
