Where is the Remote Control Door Lock Receiver located?

Hello, I’m having remote lock issues with my key fob only working at very close range. I already replaced the battery, and the problem persists. I read that it could be the Remote-Control Door Lock Receiver. Can any of you experts advise where is this located?

Hi,

I attached a few pics below showing the location. If you want to access it, you need to remove the trim around the rear window. Note that you will need to have it programmed if it is replaced.

If you have a different FOB, check to see if it does the same thing. It's odd for the receiver to fail.
