Hi, i am looking forward to buying a Civic type r fn2.
It's 2010 well maintained no issues but is it a good reliable car i drive 150kms daily in city will it break down regularly or not currently i have a Camry 1998 i drive it badly and it gives me zero issues, how about the Civic?
Also, will the parts be available in the market it's extremely rare to find one where i live, but Civics and Accords are okay, so does thy share parts with base model Civics because the design is different, but the parts are thy the same.

Good morning,

Honda has a great reputation for reliability, but it all depends on the care that was taken from when it was new until the time you buy it.

I would have a Honda dealer go over the car and have it certified as good directly from Honda.

Follow all your recommended services in the owner's manual to be sure you get the maximum mileage out of the car.

The 2.0 in the R model does have some differences from the standard model. You would need to check with the dealer for the compatibility.
