Engine quit running no spark and no power to injectors

Truck broke down, no spark and no power to injectors. replaced complete distributor and crank sensor ran good for about three days then quit again and again no spark and no power to the injectors. thought it might be a faulty distributor got another one ran great for about three day's again and same thing happened again.

It sounds like the ECM relay is going out. but to be sure let's use this guide and the relay location below to confirm the issue:
