relay control modules start buzzing?

The relay control module start buzzing and would not start the engine. it wouldn't start the fuel pump so I jumped it to control module to see if I can get fuel pump start it works motor starter cranked up and running I ordered a new one put it on fuel pump won't come on won't start the car just turns over I checked the fuel shut off valve safety switch it's working like it's supposed to I mean it's reset.

So, it sounds like you have a bad ground at the constant control module. Here is a guide to help check the ground, make sure the wiring harness is unplugged before testing, test the black/lt green wire.

Connect the test light lead to power to test the ground ;) let me know what happens.

All right I tested the black and light green and my test light lights up green so I'm getting ground

Yes I did disconnect it and I had good ground to the plug

Sorry, I now see there are three black/lt green wire on the constant control relay. It will be the wire at terminal 15 next to the grn/wht wire, again make sure the module is disconnected. Let me know. Also, try disconnecting the AC compressor as when, if the clutch is shorted out it can cause this problem.
