no power windows or wipers or dash lights?

I was installing a radio/aftermarket and forgot to ground out or unhook neg battery terminal and threw a tiny spark then no power windows or wipers or dash lights but other accessories work.

It might have taken out the smart junction box (SJB) but we should check the fuses with the ignition key on. Here is a guide to help and the fuse locations in the diagrams below:

The fuses should have power as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
