Unfortunately I don't show any rebuild kits for this, nor any procedures on how to do it which means Toyota doesn't support this repair. I only show the lock cylinder depending on model and I attached the part numbers below for your review.
They appear to sell these as a key and lock set. Which means you would have to rekey the other cylinders to match this one or just have a different key.
Seems odd that they would do this but unfortunately there is just no info on this in either Mitchell or AllData online manuals.
It may be worth a call to a Toyota dealer and just ask for the shop foreman and see if they can confirm this.
