Reduce engine power, service stabilitrak, service traction control

2010 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE

As soon as I start moving all three of the above pop on the power is very reduces and can't travel at highway speeds. I have some codes here:
P0652
P2138
P0393
P0341
P0366

Trying to figure out the problem replaced the throttle body and pedal still not luck with that fuses are good too.
