Reduce engine power come on it won't go over 20MPH. Replaced throttle body sensor as well as ECM, checked all wires. nothing is loose. I don't know what else to do.

Are there any diagnostic trouble codes present? A reduced power indication can be caused by a few different things. That's why I recommended scanning. For example, an engine temperature sensor, brake-related issue, and so on can set it. Let me know if there are codes so we know what direction to proceed.

Let me know.
