Does the Red Lightning Bolt Symbol continuously staying on which means my car is stuck in limp home mode have anything to do with the rubber seal gasket on my EGR valve tube located at the back of my motor?

Yes. It can. We need to pull codes and go from there. A lot of people think that this is a throttle body issue but it could be a number of things.
