After replacing the throttle body, the red lightning bolt warn still turns on?

So red lighting bolt still coming on after I changed my throttle body what can it be? Need help!

Hello, what codes are set in the engine computer? Also did you torque the throttle body correctly and do the ETC Relearn procedure with a scan tool?
If you have done the relearn procedure, you can check for the 5vRef from pin 3 to ground on pin 2 (diagram3).
