Red dot blinking light in the speedometer

i have the vehicle listed above with swapped engine and speedometer of DAIHATSU MIRA GBD-L285V. A red light/dot blinking continuously in speedometer even i switched off the vehicle. even i did not install any security system. can anybody help me?

This vehicle isn't offered in the US, so my technical information is very limited. However, I will try my best to help.

The light you described sound like a security warning light. I realize you indicated you didn't install one. However, did the replacement speedometer or instrument panel come from a vehicle which may have had a security system?

Also, is it only a red dot or is there something indicated in the light such as oil pressure or engine temperature?
