Due to rust rear the end section is coming loose from body, I need to see what i can do to fix it if i can.

The fix depends on what has broken or rusted away. This is a job for a body shop. Most likely they will tell you that what is not already gone is severely weakened by rust, and welding to is not practical. Unless you are really emotionally-involved, look at this as an opportunity to look for a different car.
