I recently purchased this vehicle, have checked all power and grounds, no blown fuses, verified wiper motor is good, but no signals getting from switch to motor. The only explanation is the rear wiper control relay.
I am unable to locate the rear intermittent wiper control relay, it is supposed to be behind trim panel on the left side of the luggage compartment.

Make sure both fuses #8 and # 10 are getting power in the fuse panel on the left side of dash. This guide can help. I have included the fuse locations in the diagrams below along with the rear wiper wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.
It says the rear wiper relay is on the left side of the luggage compartment behind the trim panel. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

I know where the relay is supposed to be, I have pulled multiple inside panels tracing the wires. Looking for possible alternative location for the relay.

There is no other location, this is where the relay is supposed to be, I would guess they have interrogated the relay into the wiper motor. You can confirm this by checking the color of the wiring leading into the motor.
