Stopped working. Fuses okay. Replaced motor with new. Still not working. Doesn't seem to have power to motor.

Hello, I'm Danny.
It sounds like you might have an open wire in in the rear wiper motor circuit. Here is a tutorial showing how to test electrical wiring:

I've attached picture steps below on how to replace the rear wiper motor on your Torrent. I've also attached the rear wiper motor wiring diagram below and cut it into 3 pieces so you can view larger. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
