Rear window wiper not switching off

My van's rear wiper will not stop unless I switched the engine off.

Hello,

It sounds like the BCM is out. I would try to find a used one and plug it in. Here is the wiper wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the location of the BCM so you can get it changed out.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
