Rear wheel bearing possibly

Right rear. Slight rumbling noise. Roll down right rear window, wind pulsating sound. Has recaps. Jacked up rear of car. Right wheel has very slight grind feel, but hardly noticeable. Left, smooth when hand spinning. Tires, bearing or both?

tires will not give a grinding sound either brakes or bearing brakes have to come off to repair bearing. more than likely a bearing.

Yup. HMAC is correct again. Tires will create a rhythmic thump or wobble that you will feel through the seat. They might whine at higher speeds.

Grinding is bearing or brake related. Rear drum or rear drum in hat style brakes could grind if hardware has failed, the pads/shoes are worn to metal or similar.
Coupled with a rumble as you drive points more to a bad bearing. The race inside has developed pits and the bearing is rolling over them, as it rotates.
