Rear turning signal blinks fast?

Rear turning signal blinks fast inside and on mirror I’ve changed the bulb, but still does not work.

Hi,

When the signal flashes double time, that indicates a bulb has burned out or the circuit is open. Did you check the front signal bulb as well?
