Rear tires wearing on the inner Edge

The rear tires are wearing on the inner edge of the tire evenly with no cuppung. The tires seem to be "leaning" in at the top. I am guessing some type of worn suspension part from age/mileage. Need advice on what to check for replacement. It doesnt bounce so I dont think its shocks, but I think that it is an air chock system so I am not sure.

The rear wheels can be aligned with the front. Have that checked. The mechanic may need to add shims to get the proper alignment.

It really isn't that big of a job. However, many shops charge a good bit for each shim they have to add. Let me know if you have other questions.
