Both door power buttons on my power sliding doors quit working at the same time. Can still open with the overhead console and the remote but just not with the buttons on the doors. Makes it hard for someone in the seat to get out on their own. Thought it very strange they both quit at the same time when had had no problems with them previously.

Hello,

I have seen this before, I attached a description of the operation of the sliding doors when the overhead on/off button is in the off position. Exactly like your issue. Please make sure the over head power door button is in the on position.

Thanks, Colby
