Rear shocks not working?

I have a small drop 2 from the front and 4 from the rear so I also replaced shocks and installed Belltech drop shocks but the rear shocks are not working properly once I hit a bump it hits hard, what can it be or do I have to change shocks again I just changed them 2 days ago.

It sounds like the shocks are the wrong length, did you match them up to the old socks? If not, this can be the problem, here is how to change out the rear shocks correctly.
