How do I remove the rear seat cushion to access the rear seatbelt bolt?

To remove the lower cushion, get in the car and put one hand at the bottom of the seat about shoulder width, now pull straight up hard. The clips can be difficult to release. Then lift the front of the cushion up and release the rear clips. Now you can get to the rear belt bolts.
