Rear window is making a crunching noise

i have the car listed above XK model. couldn't find an option to choose xk so i have chosen xk140, she is convertible. the rear window regulator is making a crunching noise and i believe i need to replace the regulator. i need instructions on how to get to it as far as removing the trim and such..

I found the rear quart glass replacement instructions featured in the diagrams below which include adjustments once the job is complete and initialization as well. Check out the diagrams (below). That is a mess of a job, geez, removed it, regulator is bad. these things are high, can't find it anywhere except for $550.00 and up.

Not able to find one for the 07 and up,all the used ones are for up to 06 or for different types of Jags, searched everywhere, ordered it have no choice.
