I went to car wash and after washing the car in and out i discovered that the rear power sliding door is not functioning anymore.

Hi,
When you try to operate the door, is there any noise or does nothing happen? Also, could you let me know which side of the vehicle is affected?
Do me a favor. In the under-hood fuse box, locate the 30-amp fuses and inspect them. Make sure both are good.
I attached a pic below to help you locate the fuses. When testing, also make sure there is power to the fuses. Here is a link you may find helpful for the procedure:
