The rear passenger window will not roll up or stay up?

The rear passenger window will no longer roll up, I can get it to go up using my hands while someone pushes the button for it to roll up, but it will not stay up. I can hear the motor whirring when I push the button up and it doesn't sound broken or anything.
Thank you in advance for any help I can get.

Yep, it sounds like the window regulator has gone bad and needs replacement, here are the instructions on how to do so. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
