Rear passenger window scissor lift is damaged

Looks that the scissor lift possibly bent. Or that it is missing a part. The window does not stay against the scissors. I need to see if it should be bound to the lift or not.

If the window will not stay against the regulator, then you are correct that the regulator may be bent.

The window is held to the regulator by two bolts at the bottom of the glass, so I am attaching all the info that we need in order to figure this out.
