Yesterday, my rear passenger window would go down, but not back up. Drivers switch also will not make it go up. Only down. There is a clicking in the passenger door when I try. Took door panels off on passenger front and back. Getting power to the switch of both doors, actuator cable is intact. I was able to connect 12v power to the window motor and raise the window. Motor seems fine. Today, the window will not go up or down at the door or at the driver's switch. Still hear clicking at passenger front door when attempting to raise window, but nothing from the rear passenger door.

Hi,

If you hear clicking at the front window when trying to move the rear, the first thing that pops into my mind is either we have a weak ground and its back feeding power or the door.

So that you have a reference, I attached the wiring schematic below for you. The first thing I would recommend is to check the two grounds I highlighted. Check to see if there is continuity to ground via a multimeter. If you don't have a multimeter, you can use a test lamp by connecting the alligator clip side to a power source and then probing the ground wire. If ground is present, the light will turn on.

Here is a link you may find helpful:

Let's start with this. If we do have a good, solid ground, we need to explore the switches and the module. Also, if you could record what you are hearing and upload it for me to hear, that may help me.

Take care,

Joe

See pics below. Note: I cut the pic in half to make it readable. I did overlap the two so you can follow from one to the next.
