When in drive the right rear wheel locks up and the tire will drag until I come to a complete stop then go again. It does so seemingly randomly but more often after a right turn or after a bump in the road. It will sometimes do it again right away and sometimes not do it again for days.

Good afternoon,

This could be a caliper freezing up or a brake hose collapsed.

Have you had them checked?

If I could jump in here it sounds like the e brake shoes have broken or worn. I would pull the rotor and check the shoes. here is a guide to help walk you through:

Please let us know what you find.

Just replaced the brake pads a couple weeks ago, but will definitely check into the parking brake. Really just hoping it's not the wheel bearing or the axle. With it happening so randomly I didn't think it would be.

When you pulled the wheel, did you see signs of heat? If it was the parking brake, you would see signs of heat build up. It would be red in color like a dust all over.
