Rear passenger side caliper will not compress

Doing a brake pad change I cannot compress back brake caliper. It appears to be leaky around rubber grommet area of piston. Do I need to replace it?

Yes, it sounds like the caliper piston has worn, become stuck, and is now leaking. It should be replaced.
