found it hard to believe at these miles its leaking but maybe true, maybe shrinkage or being old, but as soon as you start the car, it starts pouring from the hole of the torque convertor which usually has the rubber cover, you turn the car off and it does not leak, this is most likely the rear seal isn't it?

Yep, it sounds like the rear main seal popped out of the housing. Here are the instructions on how to change the rear main seal once the transmission is removed in the images below. Please check out this guide:

Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

Instructions talk about the crank shaft seal not transmission rear main seal.

The rear main seal is located on the engine. If you mean the front pump seal of the transmission please start a new question.

That is a front pump seal, is it leaking transmission fluid or engine oil? If it is transmission fluid, please start a new question.

Removed the transmission and saw the seal behind the flywheel barely in, removed it by hand. Looks good still without any tears. Can you think of any reason how this could have happened?

Sometimes they just pop out but I would check the crankcase ventilation system. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
