Rear lower control arm torque specs needed

I have searched and searched for an online video going through a replacement of the rear control arms. on the car listed above SL Sedan. Does anyone know the torque specs for this job or have a how to video link they can share?

Thank you. Got it completed. A bit tough to do just jacking the car up at home but was successful. Took it in for a full alignment and she rides like new again.
