The brake lights stay on constantly. They never shut off. Also the reverse lights and back up alarm never work and I just can't seem to find the problem. I have power at the lights and I just can't seem to find where the problem is. I've replaced the bulbs and that did not solve the issue.

if your brake lights stay on see if your switch is giving power all the time, it's connected to brake pedal bracket. it may be a bad switch check your fuses firstunderhood and dash, then check to see if neutral switch is sending power for backup lights or not.
