Rear lift gate lock not working

123,000 MILES • 6 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

No functions on remotes working as well as the manual interior lock switch will not operate the rear hatch.
Replaced the control module in rear hatch but no change to problem.

These are controlled by the BCM which sounds like it is out but to be sure lets check the fuses. here is a guide to help and the fuse location with BCM replacement instructions below:

Thanks for the reply. I didn’t see any blown fuses so I guess it must be in the BCM. That is out of my DIY capability. Looks like I will be crawling in and out of the back if I need to use the lock.
