Rear AC/heater did not turn on one day. It came on once or twice recently following that day, but no more. There was no unusual noise from the rear blower motor prior to its not coming on. The connector located by the park brake pedal showed no external signs of wear or burning. What should I check next? Thanks.

It sounds like the blower motor in the back has stopped working. This is probably because the blower motor has burned out, but to be sure let's use a test light to check for power at the blower when the system is switched on. It could be the speed resistor which is near the blower motor.
