Rear HVAC not working properly

So here we go I hope I can get help thank you in advance.

1. My front control module works for hot/cold on 1, 2, 3, 4 but not for 5.
2. None of my rear vents blow air at all.
3. I have checked the fuses under hood and in and all are good including relay.
4. It has a brand new rear blower motor and resistor. And they have ground and power. But the motor never kicks on.
5. Actuators-when I turn both control modules I can hear the actuators opening up the doors inside the air cabin in the rear.
So I am at a loss of what to checking or fix for me rear vent to work it's getting hot and I have kids and a new baby. I'm the man mom lmao hubby is trying to learn.

Hi,

The first thing that really got my attention was the idea that power and ground are present to the new motor, but it doesn't run. In all honesty, if it has both and doesn't run, the new motor is bad.

Do me a favor. Take a look through the options listed in the picture below. There are several different systems that were available. I need to know which one we are dealing with so I can check the correct schematics.

As far as the front blower, if all speeds work but high, chances are the switch itself is bad. The blower motor resistors will usually only work on high when they are bad, so chances are that isn't the issue. However, if I can look through the correct wiring schematics, I should be able to better guide you.
