Rear heat was not working, but it only blows cold air

Rear heat was not working, but it only blows cold air. Replaced HVAC module with same results. Manually turned the actuator and heat worked, but every time i turn heat off, actuator slides back to cold. Trying to see if i need to replace the actuator (and which one since there seems to be two). Thank you.

The one you turned with a screwdriver and got heat would be the blend door actuator. Here is the location and how to replace the rear temperature blend door actuator. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
