Hi,

I'm not familiar with reglueing the hinges. When they separated, we replaced the glass that came with part of the hinges.

Do me a favor. Take a look through the directions for replacement below. They do explain how to disconnect the hinges. See if they help and let me know if you have questions.

Take care,

Joe

Hi,

If I had to guess, I would think you could. I know the 3M company makes an auto glass urethane windshield adhesive that dries fast and is very strong. You may want to check into their products. I can't guarantee it will hold a liftgate window to the hinge, but you may be able to track down information specific to that. Over the years, any 3M product I've used has done what it was designed to do, so if you find a product from them, chances are it will work.

I don't know what type of prep would be required. Do me, try to call them and see what they recommend. I looked up information for you. See pic 1 below.

Let me know what they tell you. If anyone has a product that you need, this would be my first choice.

Take care,

Joe
