Rear hatch and window will not open

That has always been a problem when door handles/latches break and you can't open the door. Best way is to try using a slim jim or tool to try to manipulate the latch to get it open. Usually or doors you can use slim jim to unlatch the rods/linkage put a lift gate is much more difficult. Good luck. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Yes, we can thank engineers for this. We also have to get creative when someone breaks the hood release handle and we have to pop the hood to get access to the engine. Side doors not so bad but the rear hatch (like your) and the hood are the worst. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Thanks again for using 2CarPros and let us know how things work out.
