Rear freeze plug replacement instructions needed

i had a leak between the transmission and motor. To replace freeze plugs can i just scoot the transmission back a few inches. Easiest method?

Good morning,

You will need to move it back about 10-12 inches. The flywheel will have to be removed and then you have access to the core plugs.

Use two long guide bolts on the transmission for walking it back to support the transmission.
