My tire on rear left side is bowing in,at the top the tire shows lots of wear, only one tire is doing this the driver side rear tire.

have this checked for a bent wheel or bent axle or bushing worn on springs or spring shackle mounting.

That would imply you have independent rear suspension and that wheel is out-of-alignment. The angle in question is called "camber". The people at a tire and alignment shop can inspect the suspension system and tell you if there's worn parts or if an alignment is all that's needed.
